- Extra Listings: R100 per additional listing, valid for 60 days
- Featured Listing: R150 per listing. Appears at the top and is visually highlighted
- Subscription Plan: Custom plans are available for agents and landlords who manage multiple properties
✅ Verified Listings
Listings marked as Verified offer added trust and visibility. This means:
- The user has confirmed their identity and contact details
- The listing has been reviewed and approved by our team
- The property or service has been verified as legitimate
The Verified badge improves credibility and boosts engagement from potential clients.
🌟 Featured Listings
Featured listings receive priority placement and extra exposure. They include:
- A Featured badge
- Top placement above standard listings
- Increased visibility in search results and category pages
This is ideal for anyone who wants their listing to stand out and attract more potential clients.
🚫 De-featured Listings
Listings may be removed from public view or lowered in visibility if they:
- Contain false or misleading information
- Receive valid complaints or multiple user reports
- Include broken contact details or violate listing guidelines

By posting on YourSpace, users agree to the following terms:
- All listings must be honest, accurate, and legal
- Scams, offensive material, and spam are not allowed
- YourSpace may decline or remove any listing if needed
